Regulatory Activity
When the U.S. Congress passes a law, it is up to federal agencies to draft regulations for implemention. The rulemaking process includes a public comment period. NDRN monitors, comments, testifies, and coordinates responses from our members on rules and regulations proposed by federal agenices that may impact people with disabilities, including their abilities to secure benefits and entitlements and enforce their legal rights Read the latest comments.
